Nice photo, Derek. Good luck to your little guy on mastering the game. My kids learned great strategy from an old program called “Maurice Ashley Teaches Chess”. I think it’s still around, but may not run on current OSs.
Also, did you know that Microsoft Press published a set of books on chess by Yasser Seirawan? I think there are 5 or 6 in the set. I’ve got 3 of them and they’re my favorite chess books. Older kids enjoy them too.
