Project 365: March 7

“My new toy”

For some silly reason, I’ve been itching to try my hand at a film camera.  I mentioned this to one of the designers at work who said she had an old, fully manual film camera she wasn’t using at all and if I wanted it, I could have it.  My only fear it didn’t have a built-in meter, but it does!

The camera came with the 50mm f1.9 pictured and a 70-300 f/4 both of which could be a lot of fun.

Now I’m in the market to buy some film.

I’m also allowing myself to count any photos taken with this camera to count in the project (which given the delay with processing may mean I make substitutions a after the fact).
