Sunday in the Milwaukee area means hot ham and rolls (oh why did it take us so long to learn about this tradition?)

I like mine with a bit of mustard and pickles – some Tony Packo’s Pickles and Peppers in this case (which I realize are a Toledo thing, but they are good nonetheless)
